There are two great ways to donate, and we really hope you’ll choose one or both of them. I know you’ve got $5 to spaire, and that’s all it takes. By throwing in a few bucks ($15 would be nice), you show the whole world that there are real people winning to put real money down to make change in our part of Florida. It’s not so much the amount you donate ($25 would be even better!) it’s the fact that you donated at all. I’d rather have 15 donors giving $10 each, than one donor giving $150, anyday. Even if it means here at the Putnam Report we have to send 15x as many thank you cards.

This great professionally designed website of ours didn’t come for free, and every month we have hosting bills to pay for staying online. Every photo we post, every video, and every time someone visits any page on our site, it costs us money. Not a lot of money, actually a very tiny amount… but with hundreds of visitors a day (hopefully more soon!) it really adds up.

2nd Great Way To Donate: Donate To the 2008 Democratic Nominee

Really got some money to burn?

Well why don’t you type in $25 or $50, and drop off some money for the eventual nominee to take out Adam Putnam once and for all? Again, it’s not about how much you donate, but that you donated at all. When big shots (with big wallets) look at which races to put their $4,600 checks towards, they look to see who has grassroots support. There’s no more surefire way to prove that this race has what it’s got, than to make a small donation early on.

EMILY’S List is an organization that stands for Early Money Is Like Yeast, (it helps raise the dough!). It’s a funny acronym, but it gets the point across. This race will be just like any other, early money will be the key to bringing in more money. So donate $50 or even $100 today (or just $10) and you’ll see your dollars come back 10x over as this campaign unfolds.

ps.  as soon as we find a candidate we want to support, or Draft to Run, we’ll be adding their ActBlue information to this page, so stay tuned.  Because we have such a late primary in Florida, it is better to contribute directly to a candidate, than to contribute to the Democratic Nominee fund.  Because of this, and because this website just recently launched, we’d appreciate your donations to cover our hosting first, and ActBlue second.  But stay tuned for updates.  When we have our hosting fees finally covered, we’ll just list the ActBlue option.
